Comet NEOWISE is continuing to improve is the sky in Ireland. It is continuing to rise in the sky, and is still visible in the northwest once the sky has gotten dark. It is one of the best comets I have seen! It will continue to get closer to the Earth and make it’s closest approach on the 23rd July. If you get a chance to see it over the next few days it will be worth it. Below is a photo of the comet I took last night. As you can see the comet has 2 tails. A brighter dust tail and a dimmer, blue gas tail.
